Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. We offer free standard shipping on qualifying orders — check at checkout for current thresholds.

Where We Ship
We currently ship within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time.

Returns

Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.

How to Start a Return
Email us at support@birddogstandard.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 1–2 business days with next steps.

Exchanges
Need a different size or item? Let us know in your return request and we'll do our best to get you sorted out.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Non-Returnable Items
Final sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return or exchange.
